Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen – a role-playing game where you need to go into epic battles with three companions – Pawns, which you can equip and choose a class. The backstory tells that the hero established an ordinary life in Kassardis, but everything changed when they were attacked by a huge dragon. Destroying everything in his path, he killed everyone living in the village, except for the hero. The protagonist lost consciousness and woke up after some time and realized that he was called the Resurrected. Taking all his courage and willpower into his fist, he sets off to take revenge on the huge lizard who stole his heart. A huge character editor menu is presented, where the player selects gender, name, body type (indicators vary, such as age, height, weight), facial features, hair color and others. There are the following classes: mage, fighter, strider, warrior, sorcerer, assassin, magic shooter. They differ from each other in their combat skills and set of abilities, which makes changes to the gameplay and opens up different battle tactics.

During the passage of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen you will have to fight with various monsters, goblins, cyclops and robbers. All creatures have weak points, only by studying them can you deal damage and win. This can be either the eye of the Cyclops or the Holy Light against evil spirits. Three Pawns can accompany the hero, and only one is his own and permanent, and the rest will have to be hired. There is a certain social aspect. You can hire allies of other players online, and vice versa, the main Walking hero can be hired by other gamers to complete the task. At this time, he is pumped up and returns with a higher level. You can also give them ratings: how useful he was, how well he performed in battle. The locations are represented by forests, fields, sandy beaches and various villages and towns. In the first stages, you should not stray from the route and climb into the forest thickets, because the player can easily be carried out by a pack of wild wolves or bandits.
