Dreamfall: Chapters – an adventure game where you have to explore the world and conduct dialogues with characters. Local residents, both primary and secondary, can tell their own fascinating and rather long story. The scope of the dialogue system is truly enormous. The characters are charismatic and their stories are interesting. The narration is laced with humor. The concentration of drama and humor, philosophical reflections and everyday observations is balanced, the characters do not go too far and do not pull the blanket of attention onto themselves. Dreamfall: Chapters takes place in two parallel worlds: Stark and Arcadia. Stark is a city of the future, living according to the principles of dystopia. It is dominated by science and technology. Arcadia is a city founded on magic and inhabited by a variety of races and creatures.

Playable characters featured in Dreamfall Chapters:

• Zoe Maya Castillo is a young girl who has the ability to move between worlds using dreams.
• Kian Alwane is a guy, about 35 years old, who is locked up in prison and awaiting his execution.
• Saga (Lady Alwein) is half human and lives in a house between worlds.

The game is divided into five episodes. The player will be faced with different kinds of choices. It influences what will happen next, and its consequences are far from always predictable and known in advance (the hero’s friend asks for help changing the chandelier, a seemingly simple task, but when completing it, the hero falls from a stepladder and breaks his arm, and the rest of the game I'll have to go through with a broken arm). The game has many puzzles to solve. They are not obvious, sometimes quite complex. The game has three playable characters whose destinies are intertwined. You can play both on a gamepad and on a keyboard.
