Druuna: Morbus Gravis allows you to choose one of the three pastime modes: Arkada, Edvenchur and full-length 3D video reproduced in real time. The latter version contains about sixty cinematic minutes. The gameplay demonstrates the industrialized world of a post -apocalyptic future to users. In it, the inhabiting mutants, opponents and the hostile environment are able to present a deadly surprise of a seductive druone.

In accordance with the storyline, the charming girl was immersed in a coma state. Now she is looking forward to her savior. The character voluntarily falls into a certain virtual reality, in which people, due to an unknown virus, turned into bloodthirsty monsters. With the help of a computer through which Druau is connected, the player will be able to be in her mysterious inner world to become the liberator of an attractive heroine.
