DuckTales: Remastered is a remastered version of the original 1989 game. With the exception of an updated soundtrack and improved color, the updated version remains completely faithful to the original, with the same 5 levels with some changes: Amazon, Transylvania, African Mines, Himalayas and Moon. In addition, a new level of training and a different location for the final battle have appeared here. The story once again centers on Scrooge McDuck, the richest drake in the world, who travels to exotic places, collecting even more treasures for his vault.

The story of DuckTales Remastered is simple – Scrooge McDuck finds a treasure map that reveals the location of several priceless artifacts scattered throughout the world. The hero sets himself the task of collecting this wealth even at the expense of the well-being of his family, even despite the fact that he already has an extremely large amount of money. After finding the map and loading it into McDuck's computer, players gain access to the mission center, where they can choose which level to complete and in what order. When the stage is completed, the progress will be saved and the level will be displayed in gray in the menu, which will not allow you to restart the completed one.

Most of the time, the character will be bouncing on his cane, as he will be able to safely avoid many dangers, mercilessly crush enemies, and, of course, jump higher to get to new areas of the map. Scrooge jumps between platforms, bounces off enemy foes and dodges dangers. The game is similar to its classic counterpart, but it has a number of improvements that make it more attractive.
