Empires Apart – a strategy that takes the player to the Middle Ages. The user will be able to take part in battles between different civilizations, leading his own state. There are 6 races to choose from: Aztecs, Arabs, Byzantines, Mongols, Chinese and French. Each race differs from the others in fighters and structures, as well as some technologies. Unlike similar games, this one does not have a campaign.

Empires Apart has 4 game modes available:

• Fight is a battle against the computer, in which you need to destroy all opponents to win.
• Survival – you have to hold the defense against the advancing waves of enemies, the number of soldiers in which will gradually increase.
• Trials – you can take part in a scenario in which the player will have some initial conditions and restrictions, as well as special tasks during the battle.
• Multiplayer – battles over the Internet or local network with other people.

The user can upgrade two branches of technology development – economics and military affairs. You can build an impregnable base, erect various structures and hire combat-ready troops. To do this, you will need resources, of which there are 4 types – stone, food, wood and gold. They can be mined with the help of workers by constructing appropriate buildings.

Food and gold are needed to hire workers and soldiers, stone and wood are needed to construct buildings. You can also use gold for trading. All races have their own tactics and characteristics of combat. For example, the Aztecs can upgrade their fighters when using them in battles – the more opponents a unit kills, the stronger it becomes. In addition to ordinary fighters, there are also heroes who can change the course of the battle.
