Encodya tells about the post -apocalyptic world of 2062. In the city of Neo-Berlin, a nine-year-old orphan girl named Tina and her friend Robot Sam-53 quietly and modestly live in a small house that they did with their own hands. The metropolis in which they live, manage business sharks and huge powerful corporations. The main character is a typical child of stone jungle. She had to learn to survive in splendid loneliness without parents and other relatives, due to the circumstances. She can get food for herself and does not even disdain to feed from garbage tanks. And in all this, her faithful mechanical bodyguard helps her.

One fine day, the heroine learns that her deceased father left her a message in which she was instructed to bring his lifetime affairs to the logical end and save the gray and dull technological world from the wretched power of the business. Now the player will go on an exciting trip towards many dangers and adventures that will take place in locations, which are inhabited by various androids and amazing humanoid creatures. The user will talk with various characters that will meet in his way, as well as solve interesting and exciting puzzles in order to move on to the intended goal.
