Enraged Red Ogre is a 2D gamer's adventure with an irritable red-haired ogre endowed with extraordinary powers. Based on the classic Japanese fable “The Red Ogre Who Cried,” the title follows the life of Akaoni, a hot-tempered red ogre who calls a humble human village home. The hero embarks on a turbulent journey, driven by the need to eliminate the chaos caused by yokai – mysterious creatures from folklore who, for inexplicable reasons, are out of order. The gameplay seamlessly intertwines action and platforming elements. Users direct the protagonist to constantly run, jump and deliver brutal blows, leaning on his trusty spiked club, to confront the yokai that threaten to devour everything around him.

Along the way, he meets Blue, a small onibi – the spirit of fire, who decides to help the ogre for his own selfish reasons. Thanks to this unexpected union, the character masters the elemental powers of his opponents, allowing him to use the powers of fire, water, wind and earth to overcome various difficulties and obstacles. Featuring an interesting pixel art design, Enraged Red Ogre transports gamers to a bygone era of Japan, capturing the atmosphere and aesthetics of days gone by.
