Action FukTopia 3 combined with elements of a roguelike with a dark setting. In a post-apocalyptic world, the player will control a terrifying, bloody and fat creature while fighting even nastier monsters. The scorched and destroyed land became unsuitable for human life. The main character, a terrifying mutant, fights various enemies and bosses, trying to stay alive.

The gameplay includes a multiplayer mode from 2 to 4 participants who team up with each other to fight enemies. Multiplayer increases the difficulty level depending on how many users have joined the session. Locations, opponents and bonuses are procedurally generated. Each playthrough is unique and offers a variety of random phenomena.

Battles take place in a dynamic manner, and enemies die in 1-3 hits. Opponents have strong attacks, but the ward can quickly dodge or block damage. At each level you need to destroy all opponents in order to move to the next location. Gradually, the character improves his own abilities or finds temporary bonuses. The surrounding landscapes are constantly changing, and the terrain plays an important role, since the user is able to use objects as shelter.
