Golden Mine Pickaxe 2: Mummy Tombs – a sequel to the video game of the same name, which features even more opportunities and locations. The protagonist is a tireless treasure hunter and adventurer, descending into ancient tombs for jewelry. But this time, an unexpected obstacle stood in the way of the main character. A whole army of mummies risen from the dead, who do not like at all that some stranger has entered their territory. If they manage to kill the main character, then the only thing left to do is start the passage again.

Fortunately, the main character of Golden Mine Pickaxe 2: Mummy Tombs is not defenseless. He is equipped with a pickaxe and can strike with it. When the undead runs out of health, it will disappear and the user will be able to calmly continue exploring. However, the levels are generated anew each time. Therefore, the player will not be able to predict in advance where the enemy will lie in wait. In some locations, there may be many more mummies, which encourages you to always keep your ears open.

All levels are designed as a set of squares consisting of different materials. For example, areas of ordinary soil or rock are made in brown and dark gray colors. The main character's task is to get to the gray-golden squares. They symbolize a deposit of precious metals. And when the gamer breaks them, the character will receive a certain amount of jewelry.
