GTA Cop Lawlessness — a global modification for Vice City, adding national Russian flavor. The basis for it is preservation with complete passage, and therefore there are no missions in the world, neither new nor old. However, the city around has changed noticeably. So, for example, the main character is reborn at a country dacha. There you will immediately find both a weapon with body armor and a tuned car. The changed appearance makes Tommy Vercetti a retired military man, judging by the vest and camouflage suit.

There is more than enough money from the start in GTA: Cop Lawlessness – several hundred million. However, there is nowhere to spend it, because all the property has already been purchased. And all weapons have infinite ammo by default. The only available activities are exploring the surrounding area and new locations, such as a country boarding house, and fighting with passers-by or the police.

By the way, the police in the game became traffic cops and harbored unprecedented anger towards the main character. In addition, other aggressive passers-by with weapons appeared on the streets. Everyone here drives around in Russian-made cars. For example, on tuned LADA cars or old Zhiguli cars. Additionally, the atmosphere is created with music. You can now listen to radio “Chanson” in your car. Famous folk hits were added especially for him. Otherwise the game hasn't changed at all. The modification basically changes the appearance of the environment, adding almost nothing radically new.
