GUILTY GEAR XX ACCENT CORE PLUS R is an updated version of the fighting game, which at one time received recognition from fans. Unlike previous versions of the game, there are several innovations that make the gameplay much easier. This mainly concerns combo attacks, special attacks and animations, which now look fresh. The interface is made in an old-fashioned style, where a static image is placed against the background of the battle itself. There are 25 heroes to choose from, each of which has its own formed image and special techniques that can be combined.

As for the available modes, GUILTY GEAR XX ACCENT CORE PLUS R offers several battle options at once. Survival, training or missions can be completed by selecting one or another character in advance. The battle takes place in a limited location with the ability to move right or left a short distance. Units can attack both melee and using melee weapons. As each opponent receives damage, a scale accumulates. When it has reached its maximum value, the gamer can activate it by using a special skill. It will allow you to deal much more damage than a standard attack.

In addition to battles with bots, it is possible to conduct online battles in standard or rating mode. In the first case, the result of the battle will not affect anything, but in mode 2 the player will be able to acquire his own rank. As the dynamics of results change, he can either increase this indicator or, on the contrary, worsen it. A small bonus to the gameplay component is the presence of a gallery that contains more than a hundred images.
