Hand of Fate is the debut project of an indie team that combines the mechanics of the roguelike genre and collectible card games with a dash of role-playing adventure and turn-based strategy. The main task of the gamer during the single-player campaign is to collect the strongest deck possible, which will allow him to destroy powerful enemies. The player will receive cards as a reward for clearing dungeons from all kinds of monsters, which have their own list of advantages and disadvantages. The visual design is reminiscent of fantasy board games, which were dominated by gloomy dungeons with skeletons, goblins, orcs and other undead creatures. The gameplay is also similar to them, because each stage of the single-player campaign is a separate game.
