The single-player campaign consists of 18 long missions of varying difficulty. All levels contain several tasks, for example, from defending a settlement or maintaining a certain income for the allotted time. In addition to the story campaign, there is a free play mode where you can test your strength against an endless influx of enemies that become stronger with each new wave.

The gamer will have to monitor the availability of three main resources – food, wood and iron. For them you can build new buildings, modernize old ones, hire and maintain troops, and the like. In order to ensure the continuous growth of the city, it is important for the user to take care of the construction of towers and defensive structures, which will help during the action component of the gameplay. Artificial intelligence uses various weapons, which have their own advantages and disadvantages, so the player needs to react to this and change his tactics. The protagonist can use several firearms (pistol, shotgun, sniper rifle, machine gun) and a knife.
