Hellbreach: Vegas is a wave-based first-person shooter in which players will have to fight hordes of demons in the city of sin. The game offers a variety of modes, maps, weapons, power-ups and fruit machines to enhance the gameplay and test the players' skills and luck. The idea is simple: portals have opened all over Las Vegas, and now between you and safety there are hordes of demons that have poured out. You can play alone or in a team of up to four people trapped. Your goal is to fight your way out of the underworld as waves of demonic hordes descend upon you, or set new records in endless mode.

There are 22 types of weapons, from modern to futuristic, that can be unlocked and selected. By earning a sufficient amount of experience, you can improve weapons, ammunition and unlock other bonuses. In addition, in Las Vegas you can play slots and get various rewards, such as new weapons, bonuses, skins or extra money. Hellbreach: Vegas has four modes to choose from. In Survive you have to fight through endless rounds of enemies across multiple maps. In Trapped you play on a smaller version of the map with limited space. In Royale you will have to face walls that will approach you during the battle. In Gun Pro you can practice shooting accuracy with all types of weapons.
