But the demons did not like this situation and the most enterprising of them built obelisks in places where there were holes. These structures are designed to destroy violators in order to prevent them from escaping eternal torment. This will be the main task – to hold back the onslaught of all kinds of evil souls that will surround the magical spire from all sides. The key to success will be the competent use of skills and available resources. It is worth remembering that if you die you will have to start all over again, so you need to be careful and skillfully maneuver between dense defense and an aggressive style of play.

It is worth noting that the difficulty level of Heretic's Fork will gradually increase. If at first there are not so many people willing to hide, then the number of adversaries will continue to grow. The variety of sinful spirits will also increase, which will have increased health or other characteristics. If you manage to fill a special blood scale with kills, the player will be rewarded with one of the skill cards. These skills will help make the passage easier and will give certain boosts or cause damage when used. But you won’t be able to constantly call them because the skills have a cooldown. Over time, it will be possible to add garrisons of demonic guards, powerful walls and other types of fortifications to your fortress, turning the tower into an impregnable citadel.
