Ho Tu Lo Shu: The Books of Dragon is a 3D adventure game with a completely open world, with enough content for dozens of hours of playthrough. All this time, the gamer is invited to develop his virtual protégé by accumulating and further using experience points, which allow him to learn new skills and upgrade existing ones. The entire game map is made in a seamless style; no reloading is used to move from one location to another.

The main reason for the beginning of the adventures of the main character was the search for two lost dragon books with powerful spells written on their pages – Ho Tu and Lo Shu. The player will collect bit by bit data and clues about the location of relics of the past in order to return them and use them for good purposes. Along the way you will meet a variety of NPCs, each of which has unique behavior, their own concerns, responsibilities, and other things that make the world more alive and realistic. The developers were able to achieve this effect due to high-quality artificial intelligence, which is also responsible for the actions of the protagonist’s enemies.

Leveling up is implemented by dividing it into 6 branches – Hardness, Speed, Softness, Wits, Dullness and Calm. By combining them, the gamer will receive the most unusual series of techniques that will help destroy enemies as quickly as possible. Battles take place in a turn-based format, with the player taking turns taking turns for each person in his party of adventurers.
