Horror In Valkeala takes you to a fictional horror universe called Valkeala. This is an astral and monstrous world that exists in parallel with the human one. For unknown reasons, the main character ends up here, desperately looking for a way to go back – away from this nightmare. There are ghosts in Valkeala that, at the first sight of a person, immediately begin to attack and are capable of killing with just a couple of blows, and therefore it is better for the protagonist not to catch their eye.

The virtual world of Horror In Valkeala is divided into many locations. It all starts with a huge abandoned church. To open a portal to the normal world, a man will have to overcome a lot of obstacles and get to a dilapidated psychiatric hospital, where a special sign is painted on one of the walls. Activating it allows you to open a portal. Getting to the indicated place is a difficult adventure that can end in a moment, since the character does not have any weapons.

Being completely defenseless against enemies, a person is obliged to avoid meeting ghosts in every possible way. If this happens, then it is better to run as fast as you can in the hope of breaking away from the enemy around the next turn. The rest of the gameplay requires the gamer to search for objects – mainly keys that open access to other rooms and buildings. You will also have to solve numerous logical puzzles and look for mechanisms that allow you to unlock secret areas of the map.
