IAI is dedicated to the Japanese martial art called Iaido. Its essence lies in instantly striking the opponent. In case of danger, the fighter must quickly draw the katana from its sheath and successfully strike the opponent before he attacks first. The arcade game made in Japan offers to do the same. This is a reaction game designed for single-player origin. The gameplay in it resembles a super-fast fighting game, where everything is decided in a couple of moments. The controls here are literally one-button. The gameplay looks like this. There are 2 fighters standing motionless in the arena. When the player hears the signal, he must press the left button as quickly as possible first. If he manages to react before the bot, then his ward will carry out a successful attack and will be considered the winner. Otherwise, the gamer will be counted as a loser. If the artificial intelligence and the user react at the same time, then the blades of their fighters will simply clash, and then a draw will be declared. It should be noted that this title is designed for single-player play only. It has several achievements.

The indie project IAI contains 4 modes:

• Easy – suitable for cleaning users and people with slow reactions;
• Normal – it is designed for those who want a small challenge;
• Hard – this game is designed for those who appreciate complex, challenging video games;
• Hidden Mode – a hidden mode for true hardcore players.
