Psychological horror iBLiS tells about the main character, left alone in a village house. He feels a gloomy atmosphere and hears strange sounds happening nearby. The main character's mind gradually begins to get drunk, and everything around him becomes more surreal. To solve the mystery, the character listens to his own feelings and follows the voice in his head.

The plot tells the story of an unwanted marriage, which is associated with supernatural events. The central character witnesses a partnership between the devil and an innocent woman. As a religious figure, the protagonist has many knowledge and skills that help in solving a difficult task. While exploring the mansion, the user will meet the spirit of a woman who died due to a road accident. There is also a terrifying demon in the house. Both ghosts tire the protagonist's mind, causing him to fall into nightmares.

The player will have to explore the environment, during which he will acquire valuable information and encounter various puzzles. The character is able to interact with many objects in the environment and pick up some items to use later.
