ICEY is an indie game in the slasher genre, in the story of which the main place is occupied by a girl with a sword, chopping up robotic creatures left and right. The protagonist is not human, she was grown in a test tube: she has no memories, no memory in general, she does not need the past and does not need a rich future. The only goal written in its program is to kill a certain Judas, who is dangerous to life on the planet.

Icy has many combos that are upgraded in a special store. He comes across the heroine's path in the form of a flying robot rocket. In addition to upgrading combined moves, you can improve the blade and its striking power, as well as buy a new move (dodge, strike, etc.) This will come in handy when the ICEY player meets a huge boss with whom he will have to work hard and use different techniques to strike from all sides , because it’s not so easy to overwhelm a massive colossus.

The point is in the research, despite the fact that the locations lead the heroine linearly through the stages. It is not necessary to follow the clues; sometimes the gamer can find hidden things by not listening to the signs (but this causes irritation for the narrator). The voice narrating the plot is not always clear – what place does the owner of this voice occupy in the whole story? Questions never cease to haunt the gamer as the plot progresses, and the cards are in no hurry to be revealed.
