International Basketball 2010 is an arcade basketball simulator. In addition to single-player mode, it has multiplayer. The Polish video game focuses only on European basketball. Due to the small number of licenses, this title does not have as many official teams as larger sports games from famous publishers. There are 200 unique athletes in this project. However, not all of them are based on real-life players. Many names have been deliberately changed. But some of them contain references to the stars of those years. The names of the teams were similarly changed.

In Russian localization, the indie project is called Best of the Best: Basketball 2010. It was developed by the creators of “Awesome Basketball”. Both products use the same engine. In their new (at the time of release) work, the developers worked on the graphics, making the picture better than in their previous creation. Physics has also become more advanced than in previous parts of the series and its branches. In addition, developers have improved the behavior of virtual basketball players. There is a small selection of stadiums. Among them there are also small venues. It is possible to arrange matches in the presence of spectators or play in front of empty stands.
