It allows you to understand how well a person has developed leadership qualities, the ability to communicate with people, hand-to-hand combat skills and other aspects. In addition, the hero will have the opportunity to lead his own squad of mercenaries from the AIM organization. Each fighter should be trained so that he can participate in operations and perform certain functions in the team. For example, if the next task is to attack a protected area, it is necessary to select fighters who are fluent in firearms and those who have developed combat skills. And after forming a squad, you can be transported to the battlefield itself, where you need to independently control the development of events, giving orders and making decisions on the spot. Each soldier is equipped with unique weapons, so a team member's combat potential may differ from others. And given the fact that missions are transferred over and over again to more difficult conditions (city streets, abandoned objects, fields, etc.), it is important to have tactical flexibility.
