Kill To Live is a first-person shooter with intense gameplay. The main character finds himself in a hostile environment, where he has to constantly fight dangerous opponents and try to stay alive. His health drains quickly if he doesn't dodge opponents' attacks or projectiles. To restore spent HP, you need to kill enemies. For each destruction, health is restored, and this mechanic is key to survival.

Each level presents a single task – to get to the exit. To do this, you need to overcome dozens of opponents, each of whom is strong and capable of causing considerable problems for the protagonist. By killing them, he restores lost health, which helps him stay alive and move towards achieving his goal. The story campaign consists of five sequential levels, the difficulty of which increases as you progress.
