Killer Ricky is an adventure shooter in which the main character takes revenge on a bloodthirsty mafia organization for his own family. As Killer Ricky progresses, he kills dozens and hundreds of servants of the gang leaders. Gradually he gets to everyone who was involved in the murder of his loved ones. The user is able to control both hands of the ward, using 2 types of weapons and shooting in all directions, killing as many enemies as possible at the same time.

The environment is filled with numerous destructible objects, behind which you can hide for a while. Artificial intelligence, controlling numerous opponents, takes every action to prevent the central character from completing the task. He uses the environment, strong abilities and chooses the right timing, cooperating with each other and attacking at the same time.

The gamer can dodge all the bullets whistling around, using time dilation. Blood dynamically fills the environment, it splashes, gets dirty, flows down the walls and spreads across the floor. After the main character arrives, all that remains is blood and debris, as well as a mountain of dead criminals. Explosions and gunfire will cause bottles to burst and spill liquid, books and pictures to fall, windows to burst, and wooden objects to catch fire or break. The main task is to kill mafia bosses one after another.
