The plot outline is as follows. One day, the Heartless attack the Destiny Islands. A guy named Sora loses his friends, after which he finds a weapon called the Keyblade, meets Donald and Goofy, and then goes with them to save the Disney worlds from these evil forces. In the sequel and its branches, the developers improved the combat system, made the camera more responsive, added a quest log, and introduced the ability to play as other characters. In all re-released products, the creators updated the graphics, added HD support to the titles and increased the frame rate to 60 FPS. They also significantly increased the loading speed.
