Knock on the Coffin Lid – role-playing adventure strategy, which is based on the mechanics of collecting all kinds of cards with spells, creatures and the like. To strengthen and upgrade them, you need to equip your virtual protégé with different types of armor and weapons, and also take part in skirmishes in order to obtain rarer and more powerful cards. Battles, like the world around them, are generated in a new way every time thanks to the built-in artificial intelligence, which is responsible for the variety of gameplay even when replayed.

The gameplay is filled with moments in which the user has the opportunity to make choices. Almost all of them influence further events and have a direct impact on the ending. Some random incidents can both be beneficial and complicate the gameplay. Whether to participate in them or not – this choice also remains with the player. Thus, the developers left enormous scope for further replays.

The world map is divided into 4 regions according to their belonging to a specific biome. Different creatures live in them and events that differ from other regions take place. The reward also changes depending on where the user is at the moment. By completing the single-player mode, the gamer will be able to meet 14 bosses of varying degrees of difficulty and collect more than 150 cards to build unique builds.
