Light of the Locked World is a top-down role-playing game. In it, a warrior wanders through the desert, fighting people and monsters. From time to time he encounters settlements. In them you can chat with ordinary residents and representatives of different factions, as well as update your equipment.

The indie project uses a medieval fantasy setting. It has an open world called Kayos. Light of the Locked World can be played by two people on one PC. Gamers can go through the title in cooperative mode or arrange fights among themselves.

A second before the attack, the game shows the type of attack the enemy is about to use and its damage radius. This allows you to dodge enemy attacks. During the battle, the health of opponents and the hero is displayed. Defeated opponents can leave behind weapons. The character uses swords, maces, hammers, spears, and bows in battles. Each type of weapon allows its owner to make different fighting moves. In addition, the fighter is able to use magic and make dashes. A warrior can wear boots, pants, a breastplate, gloves, a helmet, and a cloak. There are also shields and amulets in the game. All equipment is visually displayed on the knight and changes the appearance of his model. As he progresses, he earns a reputation with factions, learns new techniques and learns spells.
