She remembers almost nothing from her past, even how and why she ended up in this place. In her memory, only the image of her brother, who is the only representative of her family, remained. All that she wants to get out of the vile laboratory, where on every corner are insidious traps, hiding monsters and sharp spikes. These dangers do not bother her as infinite despair, which envelops her childhood soul. She is afraid to plunge into this feeling from which there is no way back. Only a single mode is available, control is carried out from the keyboard or gamepad.

Gameplaino in Lilith-M needs to solve puzzles, explore the area and try to get to the treasured key.
