Little Witch Nobeta – a game in which you control a little girl named Nobeta. She is a witch and can destroy the strongest monsters using magical powers. The plot begins with meeting the heroine. She realizes that she has lost her memory. Nobeta finds an old castle with sculptures inside. There you can take a lesson on how to fight opponents. You can attack in melee or use 1 of 4 elements of magic. The girl's main weapon is a staff with a blue crystal.

The most common opponents are black ghosts with white fangs. Clay bases in locations can be broken and may contain useful items. There is a health bar above the ghosts. The heroine's HP points are at the top of the screen. Stone pillars with precious stones can also attack. It is important to open chests; they are illuminated with blue light.

In Little Witch Nobeta, the protagonist has characteristics that can be improved: health, mana, satiety, strength, intelligence, agility. At the end of a successfully completed mission, the player receives points, which can be distributed between skills. There are bosses (for example, a large iron demon with a shield and dagger). Nobeta's only companion is a small black kitten. She finds him in the night forest. It turns out that the pet is talking. The cat says that they already know each other, he is a member of the witch’s family. The animal reminds the girl of the goal of the adventure – to ascend to the throne.
