LOST PLANET 3 – a game about life on a cold planet EDN III. Jim will be in charge. He is a colonist working for the construction firm NEVEC. The goal of colonizing the planet is to extract minerals necessary for survival on Earth. Engineers help extract the mineral to convert it into energy. These are androids that can drill into the ground with their limbs. Mechs can take objects with claws, weld iron, and carry out repair work. Colonists have been living on EDN III for a long time; the company has completely taken over the planet and established totalitarianism. Antagonists – Akrids, Snow pirates. In addition to working in the mines and fighting the locals, Jim will build electricity generators. They are needed to increase the air temperature on EDN III.

The open world in LOST PLANET III allows you to freely explore all locations and complete additional quests. As a reward, the protagonist will receive money, spare parts and DNA points. They can be used to upgrade the hero’s characteristics and improve the car. The protagonist has a plasma gun, a pulse rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol. There is a sniper rifle and a gun for hunting. In melee combat, the hero deals damage with a knife. In his arsenal he has a Valkyrie crossbow, a grenade launcher and a grenade. There is a multi-user mode. Jim can use a combat mech. This is an armored walker with a cabin inside. He can fly and shoot.
