Lotus Reverie: First Nexus Transes players to an alternative universe. In this world, for unknown reasons, a disaster occurred, as a result of which most of the population of the planet disappeared. After the incident, strange creatures called Tulpa appeared. They look and behave like people, but are connected with the so -called carrier unknown thread and completely depend on it. TULP time is very limited in time, so they need to seize the consciousness of their brothers. The life of man and Tulpa is interconnected, if one dies, then the other dies, which is why couples should work closely. The result of the disaster was a huge monument in the very center of the city, on which the set of rules is written, it makes it clear that only one pair will survive.

The main character is a girl named Sink. She found a refuge in the castle where the rest of the survivors are hiding. People help each other and help out from external threats. However, all this is temporary, because in order to survive, it is necessary to win in the fights. Two modes are available to the player: novels and combat. In the first, only dialogs and animation are available, and in the second only battles. They can be combined and played in a standard form. During the passage, the gamer will bring important decisions, choosing actions and replicas in conversations. Each solution directly affects the ending of the game. There are many characters in the project, each with its own history, character and worldview. The gamer has to choose between survival and principles of morality.
