Lust of the Apartment Wives is a story-based game about a grocery delivery man. The main character has a pleasant smile and knows how to behave politely, which helps him when fulfilling orders and advancing his career. However, he has an ulterior motive for such behavior. He loves to come to apartment ladies and start quick intimate relationships with them, “trying it out” for once.

The protagonist differs from the other guys in his behavior. His innocent smile hides his real motives by romancing the wives of grown men. He got caught in his business more than once, but did not dare to give up his favorite hobby, which occurs parallel to his work. He meets Kaori, who is brimming with mature sexuality and turns on the central character like never before.
