Magical × Spiral Mixes the platformer with action. The game is stylized under the anime and performed 2.5D. It has three -dimensional graphics, but the camera is always on the side. This project has unusual levels. All stages have a cylindrical shape, and the platforms and stairs in them are built along the spiral walking upward.

The plot revolves around a student from Midgard named Medianne Phirtia. She dreams of getting into the mythical measurement of Celestria, where only magicians live. Once she learns about the place of Phantasm Tower, through which you can get to that world, and tries to climb to the top of a huge building. In Magical × Spiral, the action takes place in the tower and outside on its walls.

The heroine knows how to run left and right, make a double jump, shoot various prosthetes, use magic and fulfill a compos. Coins are given for the destruction of monsters. More money can be found in chests. They are needed to buy different items, as well as studying new abilities and their strengthening. The gameplay is built on a light grind. Most of the time, the girl jumps over obstacles, avoids traps, fights with opponents. Sometimes scenes with dialogs come across. Sometimes there are bosses, for the victory over which the award is supposed to be. Title accounts for about one and a half to two hours, but this is only the beginning. As a reward, new characters and additional storylines are opened. To understand the whole story, you need to go through an indie project several times in a row.
