Maximo: Ghosts to Glory takes users on a journey through a kingdom captured by an army of the undead and insidious magic. King Maximo, a valiant warrior and ruler, returns from the war to find his castle in ruins and his beloved Queen Sofia imprisoned by the treacherous adviser Achilles. Treachery and dark sorcery have engulfed the land, unleashing hordes of skeletal warriors and vengeful spirits. Armed with unshakable determination, Maximo embarks on a dangerous journey through five different settings. Each realm presents a unique challenge, infested with ghoul enemies and confusing sections of platforming. To confront Achilles and free Sophia, the hero must enlist the help of four powerful sorceresses, each imprisoned in their own domain.
