Plot MH-Zombie begins with the fact that a secret state laboratory produces bacteriological weapons. As a result of experiments and tests, a virus is found that turns people into terrible monsters. At the same time, some of the test subjects turned into real zombies. Thanks to an information leak, a terrorist organization became aware of the situation in the secret center. They organized and began an operation to capture samples. The user controls the main character in the first person. It will be necessary to disrupt the plans of enemies, keep the premises intact. After all, if at least one of the infected people gets out, then the decline of human civilization will begin. The planet will be under the control of the living dead.

In MH-Zombie, the player must complete a mission to protect the perimeter using a helicopter. There are three modes in action. First of all, it is advisable to conduct training.
