MOTHER is a first-person psychological horror game where the player takes control of a mother who is protecting her two children from insane horror. Recently, she has been suffering greatly from insomnia, which is why she wakes up every night, experiencing mysterious and terrifying events. She needs to unravel the mystery that she will encounter as she travels through unusual phenomena and moments.

Soon the main character discovers that she has reached secrets and moments from which it is no longer possible to escape. These difficulties not only affect her, but can also take the lives of her children. During the gameplay, the gamer will need to use a phone, found weapons and other items.
