Central element Motor Town: Behind The Wheel — riding all kinds of four-wheeled vehicles. There is no plot or history of the world as such in the project. The nameless protagonist is simply thrown into the open world with a certain budget and personal transport. Then he is free to do whatever he wants without unnecessary stress. There is no hunger or experience system, and therefore there is no need to rush to earn money or explore the map.

But in Motor Town: Behind The Wheel you can take on one of 5 types of activities in a simulated city:

• Free ride. No one is stopping you from just driving around and enjoying the low-poly graphics.
• Race. There are often street time trials, drag racing and other competitions in which you are allowed to participate. The main thing is not to get caught by the police patrol.
• Delivery You can take on the role of a fast taxi driver or a bus driver traveling along a clear route.
• Delivery. Or get behind the wheel of a pickup truck or truck, delivering various goods for money.
• Help. A tow truck is also available, whose job is to go out of town and help drivers in trouble.

For all these activities the hero receives money. They are allowed to be spent on new cars or improving existing ones. They are also useful for replenishing fuel, changing tires or repairing an engine from overheating. The game, although arcade-style, simulates real driving. And if you get tired of driving around the city alone, there is built-in online multiplayer.
