Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord allows you to switch the camera to first or third person view. After starting the game, the user must create an avatar. In this part, extensive customization is available: using sliders you can change any parameters, and detailed graphics will allow you to see the hair on the hero’s body and other small elements. After choosing the appearance, you need to decide on the character’s pedigree and hobbies. All this affects the starting performance.

The difficulty level consists of several elements: recruitment, movement speed, strength of enemy attacks and other parameters. Back in Mount Blade II Bannerlord, battles became larger-scale, and NPCs appeared on the streets handing out quests. Enemies will no longer try to recapture the city that was taken from them: if it is attacked, the state that the settlement was part of before the war will receive damage. The innovations also affected diplomacy: friendship with landowners will make it possible to hire high-quality fighters, and the enemy lord can be offered a bribe and disperse without battles.

Multiplayer offers 3 modes of passage

• Captain. Two groups of 6 people fight each other. Each team controls an army.
• Skrimish. Six gamers on each side are trying to shred their opponent.
• Siege. Siege mode for 120 participants.

Before starting the main campaign, you can undergo training: the gamer is transferred to a map with several training levels and chooses which indicator he wants to develop. Skills are also upgraded when the action is performed systematically. For example, a rider's skill will improve by constantly riding a horse.
