My Riding Stables 2 is an arcade horse riding simulator with a third-person view. This title can also be classified as family and educational games. Among its features we can highlight the presence of different weather and changes in time of day. But the gameplay is in many ways similar to other projects dedicated to horses that were released in those years. The player is given a stable and a ranch. You can walk freely around the grounds. It is possible to enter some buildings. When moving around a plot of land, an isometric view is used. And while riding a horse, a full third-person view appears. At such moments, the user is allowed to rotate the camera. You can ride through the pastures for your own pleasure or participate in some kind of challenges.

At the very beginning, the user is allowed to choose a character for himself. It could be a guy or a girl. The point of the gameplay is to buy, train and sell horses. You can give them nicknames and walk them. It is also necessary to take every possible care of these animals. There are several types of training (they are done in the format of mini-games) and ways to care for mounts. In the Russian translation, the project is found under a completely different name, Rancho “Happy Horseshoe 2”. It is also known by the longer name My Riding Stables – Life with horses. The release contains the original version from the late 2000s, and not its more modern re-release.
