The main idea of ​​the game is that everyone comes to this world for a particular purpose, their paths are different and everyone should follow their own fate. The developers do not emphasize good and evil, do not distinguish heroes and villains. Everything remains faceless and indifferent. Facts are simply provided, and Gamer himself decides how it relates to one or another event. The general story is divided into 5 chapters. There are also 4 additional scenarios. All of them are devoted to one characters, but the story is conducted from different angles and at different intervals.

The main characters are the anthology of the 10th anniversary of the Narcissus's name Khimeko and Setsumi. They met in the hospital. At the time of the meeting, everyone knew his diagnosis and realized that there was not much time left. The general sadness brought two strangers closer, and they went on a trip. Further, their relationship is described. Additional episodes only indirectly concern the main plot. The raised problems, locations, emotions and experiences are repeated. It all starts in the hospice for seriously ill, on the seventh floor. The graphics are made in the style of anime. Illustrations are accompanied by small text replicas. It reads easily, though sad.
