NEKO-NIN exHeart takes players to an alternate universe. From time immemorial, people with supernatural abilities have existed in the gaming world. They usually acted as ninjas and did dirty work for high-ranking officials. Ninjas were excellent assassins and spies, almost no one knew about them, but they were always held in high esteem, and their work was very highly paid. Over time, this profession lost its relevance, and superhumans mixed with the crowd and began to lead a normal lifestyle. The story begins when two young cat girls with unique abilities show up at the door of the main character. The hero thinks about what to do with a ninja in the modern world, and at the same time takes care of the guests.
