The adventure roguelike Nordic Ashes: Survivors of Ragnarok takes place in a fantasy universe based on Scandinavian legends and motifs. Ragnarok happened, the mythical kingdoms barely survived all the delights and negative blows after the end of the world, and the magical life-sustaining tree Yggdrasil gave up all its reserves of magical energy to save the environment from complete defeat. Now it's time to take control of the journey-ready brave hero and go on a combative approach to glory and authority.

In Nordic Ashes: Survivors of Ragnarok, the user is initially determined by the choice of character. For example, you can become the ferocious berserker Axeldorf or the brave warrior Tira. They differ from each other in their initial characteristics and development tree with authentic talents. All of them are upgraded during the passage and give the daredevil new attributes.

The single-player campaign consists of 9 locations with appropriate design, emphasizing the authenticity of the current space and its belonging to another dimension. On the maps, the protagonist destroys all the enemies he comes across and cuts them down to the ground, scattering attacks left and right. Access to ancient artifacts with enhancing effects is also gradually opening up. The combination of skills and weapons is selected in such a way as to emphasize the advantages obtained and smooth out the existing disadvantages.
