Of Carrots And Blood is a survival shooter that takes the player into closed arenas where you need to withstand the deadly waves of the enemy. It supports gamepad and joystick control, and there is also a split-screen mode for two participants on one monitor. In the gameplay you have to fight with numerous mutants, and as the battle progresses, the entire area is filled with blood and dismembered limbs.

The main character finds himself thrown into the arena, where he will face hellish chaos and fight bosses and monsters. The graphics are presented in a retro pixel style. The only task of the central character is to stay alive while participating in the battle with endless waves of mutants. The giant carrot is the only thing that needs to be protected from enemies trying to destroy it. Gradually the level of difficulty increases, new opponents with more deadly abilities and weapons appear.

The protagonist attacks opponents with carrots, which can instantly kill the enemy with an accurate hit. The gamer will need to maneuver, dodging the opponent's projectiles and accurately hitting them in response. There is a joint passage for 2-4 participants on the server. Other multiplayer modes are also presented, where players can fight among themselves or team up to destroy powerful bosses and earn useful bonuses.
