Operation: Matriarchy -Shooter with a first-person view, made in a science fiction setting. Having chosen this style of visual design and arrangement of the world, the developers from the Madia studio decided to provide themselves with complete creative freedom to create numerous futuristic mechanisms, the addition of nonexistent intelligent races, and so on. The action of this project takes place in the same universe as in another franchise of the Creator data called the echelon.

The storyline begins in the 24th century, when human civilization was finally able to equip its own colonies in distant space. One of the planets that was inhabited by people – Velian – was subjected to a terrible epidemic of an unknown virus. It is characterized by the fact that only female persons attack, turning them into mutating creatures, that they possess the Hands-Engunners. The men were completely enslaved, being unable to fight with significantly enhanced mutants. Having escaped beyond the borders of Velian, the girls unleashed the war with the Earth Federation for dominance over all the seized territories.

Gamer is trusted with the role of the brave ordinary army of people, which should perform a series of dangerous missions for the sake of surviving their race. The tasks consist of a solution to puzzles of varying degrees of complexity, which dilute dynamic action using a large number of firearms. The multiplayer, on the other hand, gives the player a chance to try his hand at the other side of the barricades and take control of the Great for the destruction of mankind.
