Oppaidius Desert Island! – is a visual novel with an old school flavor. It has the design of old console games with occasional pixelated backgrounds and white text on a black background. There are quite a few sexual scenes with different girls. Depending on the user's actions, the storyline and character preferences can change.

The main character suffered a terrible shipwreck. Losing consciousness, he thought that this was the last day of his life, but fortunately he managed to open his eyes again. Having risen, he discovered that he had not received serious injuries and was thrown onto the shore of an island, where there was only jungle around. Most likely, the area is completely uninhabited, but looking closely, he noticed a woman in a white bathing suit. As it turned out, her name is Andrzej and she was also on the ship that has now sunk to the bottom of the ocean. They decide to stick together and move deeper into the tropics to assess the situation with fresh water and the amount of fruit. But in the depths, a pleasant surprise awaits them.

In Oppaidius Desert Island the protagonists will not be alone at all, as it turns out that several more beautiful girls have washed up here. They leave signals for help and, while waiting for rescue, decide to brighten up their monotonous life a little. The guys find various discarded objects, play volleyball and throw lustful glances at the guy, because he is the only man here.
