The plot begins with a story about difficult moments in the life of one family. A mother named Lily, who is raising Sophie and Marcia, begins to drink large amounts of alcohol, which her daughters do not like. They try to make an appointment for her to see a doctor and get help, but she refuses, causing horrific things to happen.

The game interface is as simple as possible and does not distract you from immersing yourself in the journey. The user can see tasks, available opportunities and unlocked items. To interact with things that are in the inventory, you have to press the E key. Items are obtained in a random order and help fight off hostile creatures, but cannot kill them. Utilities are procedurally generated on the map every new playthrough.
