Horror thriller events PARANOID take place in the 80s, and everything is literally imbued with the atmosphere of this time. However, nostalgia is interrupted by horror, because the character has hallucinations where he sees monsters, and I don’t understand if this is real. Patrick Kalman is cut off from the outside world and lives on his own in a big house. He inherited it from his parents, who had already died. These events caused trauma to the young man, due to which he is required to take psychotropic medications. The only remaining relative is a sister who disappeared under mysterious circumstances more than 10 years ago. However, now everything will change, because she was found and said that she would soon return home.

The gameplay of PARANOID consists of the main character fighting the demons that live inside him. As you progress, the user will be shown scenes that at different periods broke Patrick’s psyche and forced him to plunge deep into darkness. Scenes of violence are intertwined with the hero's aggression. Gamers must travel around a large mansion, revealing its secrets and mysteries, while fighting monsters, killing them with various things that come to hand. From time to time, new doors will appear that were not there before, and such a secret must definitely find its answer.
