PEOPLEDOWN is a bloody top-down shooter created in the style of Hotline Miami. The gameplay is short and includes only 5 stages to complete. Each room increases the difficulty by adding new enemies and mechanics. The main character finds himself among a criminal organization that is trying to kill him. He will have to fight off hundreds of agents alone, using firearms and the peculiarities of the environment.

The gameplay consists of passing through 5 different locations with their own design and key elements, such as glass shootable walls and durable objects for cover. The interface is completely absent, displaying only the amount of available ammunition. After gunshot wounds, blood flows from enemies and is left on the floor and walls. After a long and brutal firefight, almost the entire area becomes bloody.

The central character will begin his journey in the house, then move to the office and will shoot at the factory, in the bank and in the mansion of the enemy gang. As you progress through the levels, your opponents become more difficult and use more powerful weapons. The user can pick up items from killed opponents, or replenish ammo if the item cannot be replaced. A killing mode is available, where enemies endlessly attack the hero from all sides. The arsenal includes a shotgun, an automatic rifle and a rocket launcher.
