Pet Vet 3D Animal hospital Down Under is a mix of economic strategy and life simulator. This is one of the parts of a small series of games dedicated to the management of a veterinary clinic (there are two of them – land and water). It shows not only the work in the animal hospital, but also the private everyday life of the protagonist. The action of this sequel takes place in Australia. The project is aimed at children. It was originally released in the late 2000s. Later, the developers re-released it, allowing owners of modern computers to comfortably play the old game. Apart from more stable work on current operating systems, there are no significant differences between the original and the re-release.

This project has two alternative names – Meine Tierklinik in Australien and My Pets. Once Upon a Time in Australia. This sim has 7 types of animals: dolphins, wombats, platypuses, koalas, seals, kangaroos and baby kangaroos. You can play with them. And they also need to be treated, nursed and stroked. For each type of creature, you can build your own kind of enclosure. As in the previous parts, users can go through scenarios or have fun in sandbox mode. There are 2 heroines to choose from: a doctor and an animal rights activist. The character can go to a barbecue, swim, sunbathe, and so on. There is also the ability to buy outfits for your ward and toys for pets.
