Photon Highway is a hardcore game and, as the developer points out, not every user is able to reach the end even with strong persistence. Arcade and at the same time difficult gameplay invites you to take control of a high-speed car that finds itself in an unusual neon environment. The environment does not have any meaning for the main character, since he will need to overcome all the obstacles of the universe and reach the finish line.

The gameplay consists of passing through ten original space regions, differing in design, obstacles and soundtrack in the background. As soon as the user begins to reach checkpoints and complete tasks, he will gain access to additional vehicles. Each car has its own advantages and disadvantages, dimensions, appearance and sound of the engine.

The campaign consists of 10 levels. Gradually the complexity increases, and the speed gains new momentum. During the race, the gamer can use acceleration and get a fast ride, for which additional points are awarded. The green bar at the top of the screen displays the life of the central character, and points replenish the lost percentage of the scale. Control consists of a few simple actions such as brake, turn right and left, and acceleration.
